Sage drives away tiredness


Remedy for memory strengthening and clarification, sage is used routinely to prepare various dishes. Too little is known however, that this plant has always had an important role in medicine. Sage acts on the cerebral cortex, increasing the ability to concentrate. It was also found that, in cases of generalized hypersensitivity, sage facilitates relaxation. In addition to lavender, is used to combat night sweats. Sage tea has healing effects in cases of spasms, spinal cord damage and limb tremor.
