Marigolds treat frostbite

If you do not wear gloves and appropriate shoes, you can get frostbite. Frostbite is a condition of the blood vessels that occurs during the cold season as a result of prolonged exposure to cold. In early stages, frostbite is manifested by redness accompanied by a bluish color, swelling and temporary paralysis of the affected area.

If it worsens, ulcers can occur, accompanied by pain and paralysis. Here's what helps:

Marigolds
  • Infusion: place 20 grams of marigold flowers in 1 liter of boiling water, infuse it for 10 minutes. The used plants are used as poultices, the strained infusion for baths.
  • Tincture: 100 ml of boiling water, add 10 ml of tincture, prepared by macerating for 8 days 20 g of herb in 100 ml of alcohol at 70 degrees. Apply compresses with the tincture.
Celery
Boil 1 medium size celery with leaves and all, for 45 minutes, in 2 liters of water. Put the frostbitten areas in the warm decoction, which can be reheated and use 3 times per day; treatment lasts 3-5 days. Prepare new decoction daily.

Cabbage
Drink a glass of cabbage juice a day between meals until the tissue repairs. Cabbage can be used externally as a compress on the frostbite area.
