Natural guide

Abscess
If you have tooth infection, try gargles with a decoction of sage (two teaspoons of leaves per 100 ml of water). You can also rinse your mouth with a decoction prepared from four to five teaspoons of comfrey root and a cup of water.

Thrush
Mouth ulcers can be treated by gargling with a concentrated decoction prepared from two tablespoons of white or black mulberry leaves, added to a cup of water.

Allergy
If you sneeze from pollen or drown in a room full of dust, a concoction of black currant fruit helps you breathe easier. Teas or tinctures of black currant have hypoallergenic and anti-inflammatory properties, comparable to indometacin.
