Lose weight with almonds

Is it true that almonds help loosing weight? They are rich in fats! Recent studies have proved that almonds are of big help when you are on a diet. Make sure you always have almonds with you. When you feel you are getting hungry, eat one almond at a time. It has been observed that people that eat almonds or nuts do not gain weight, and that is because, since almonds, walnuts and hazelnuts are very nourishing, you do not eat so much during the day. Almonds contain nourishing ingredients that reduce the cholesterol level without making us fat.
